The Rich Valley Public Library offers a variety of programs. Please see below for a listing of our ongoing programs.


Wednesdays 11:00-11:45 am

Come in and join us for stories, crafts and fun at Storytime every Wednesday in the Library at 11:00 am. All children ages 0-5 are welcome to join us for this free program. Every third Wednesday of the month we will alternate between Tents and Tunnels, Play Doh, and Lego Fun.

This program is funded by FCSS.


Tuesdays 10:00-11:30 am

We would like to welcome back Donna, who will be teaching Akhanda style yoga, in the Yellow Room on Tuesdays from 10:00 to 11:30 am. Yoga is a wonderful way to stay strong and flexible for life. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Our first session will start on September 24,2019. The cost is $60.00 for six classes or $12 per drop in fee and class dates are September 24, October 1, October 8, October 15, October 22 and October 29. 2019.

Our second session will be November 5, November 12, November 19, November 26, December 3 and December 10, 2019. We will be having a drop in Yoga class on December 17, 2019. We will be taking a break over the holidays and starting a a new session on January 7, 2020.

Adult Whist

Whist is starting on September 27, 2019

Every second and fourth Friday of the month at 7:30 pm

Like playing cards? Join us every second and fourth Friday of the month in the yellow room at 7:30 pm. Cost is $2 per person.

Pumpkin Carving

Saturday October 26, 2019

Ages 0-6 will be carving from 10:00 am-12:00 pm. 

Ages 7 and over will be carving from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm.

Come on down to the library and carve a pumpkin with family and friends. Registration is required so we can ensure we have enough pumpkins for everyone.
